- 1 loaf French or garlic bread
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1½ cups cooked chicken sliced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh spinach or basil optional
- Chopped parsley & paprika for garnish
Preheat oven 400°F. Slice bread; brush with butter–garlic; toast 5 min.
In saucepan, melt butter; sauté garlic 30 sec.
Add cream, heat; stir in Parmesan; season.
Spread sauce on bread; top with chicken and cheeses; add greens if using.
Bake 8–10 min until bubbly; broil 1–2 min if desired.
Garnish, slice, and serve.
