Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French or garlic bread
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • cups cooked chicken sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Fresh spinach or basil optional
  • Chopped parsley & paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven 400°F. Slice bread; brush with butter–garlic; toast 5 min.
  • In saucepan, melt butter; sauté garlic 30 sec.
  • Add cream, heat; stir in Parmesan; season.
  • Spread sauce on bread; top with chicken and cheeses; add greens if using.
  • Bake 8–10 min until bubbly; broil 1–2 min if desired.
  • Garnish, slice, and serve.
