Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules or 4 teaspoons
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¾ cup caster sugar or white granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon powdered gelatine
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cups whipping cream cold
  • Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings to serve

Instructions
 

  • Place water in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Sprinkle in gelatin and stir constantly until fully dissolved.
  • Do not boil.
  • Add coffee granules and sugar.
  • Stir gently until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
  • Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
