- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules or 4 teaspoons
- ¼ cup water
- ¾ cup caster sugar or white granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon powdered gelatine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups whipping cream cold
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings to serve
Place water in a saucepan over low heat.
Sprinkle in gelatin and stir constantly until fully dissolved.
Do not boil.
Add coffee granules and sugar.
Stir gently until fully dissolved. Remove from heat.
Transfer mixture to a large bowl.
