Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 12 –15 drops LorAnn Cotton Candy Oil
  • Pink food coloring as needed
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • Sanding sugar for coating

Instructions
 

  • Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Add cotton candy oil and a few drops of pink food coloring.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually mix in powdered sugar, about 1/2 cup at a time, until the mixture is stiff and no longer sticky.
  • Scoop out 1/2 teaspoon portions of dough and roll into small balls.

Notes

  • If you want a stronger cotton candy flavor, add more LorAnn Cotton Candy Oil, but be careful not to overpower the mixture.
  • These mints can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
