- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions & paprika for garnish
Preheat oven to 375°F. Rub chicken with oil, salt, and pepper.
Sear chicken in skillet over medium-high, 5 min per side.
Add garlic; cook 30 sec. Pour in broth; simmer while scraping bits.
Stir in sour cream; simmer 5 min.
