Ingredients
  

  • 3 –4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Jack cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions & paprika for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Rub chicken with oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear chicken in skillet over medium-high, 5 min per side.
  • Add garlic; cook 30 sec. Pour in broth; simmer while scraping bits.
  • Stir in sour cream; simmer 5 min.
  • Top with Jack cheese; bake 15 min until bubbly.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness (165°F internal temp).
  • Monterey Jack cheese melts beautifully, but Pepper Jack adds a mild kick!
