- 1½ cups cooked chopped chicken rotisserie works great
- 1½ cups cooked crumbled bacon about 12 slices
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar jack cheese
- 2 tablespoons powdered ranch dressing mix
- ⅓ cup milk
- 3 large flour tortillas 10”
In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bacon, cream cheese, cheddar jack, ranch mix, and milk.
Mix until smooth.
Spread about 1½ cups of filling evenly onto each tortilla. Roll tightly.
Place seam-side down on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Trim ends, then slice into 1-inch pinwheels with a serrated knife.
Serve chilled or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
