Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings wingettes/drumettes, thawed
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Nonstick cooking spray

For the Wing Sauce:

  • ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • ¼ cup butter

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
  • Toss wings to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Spray air fryer basket. Add wings in a single layer, spray tops with oil.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip, spray again, and air fry 10 more minutes.
  • Melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
  • Toss cooked wings in sauce. Serve with ranch or blue cheese.

Notes

  • For extra crispy wings, pat them very dry before coating in flour.
  • Can be made gluten-free with 1:1 gluten-free flour.
  • If using frozen wings, fully thaw before cooking.
