For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings wingettes/drumettes, thawed
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Nonstick cooking spray
For the Wing Sauce:
- ¼ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
- ¼ cup butter
In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, and salt.
Toss wings to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Spray air fryer basket. Add wings in a single layer, spray tops with oil.
Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes. Flip, spray again, and air fry 10 more minutes.
Melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
Toss cooked wings in sauce. Serve with ranch or blue cheese.
