- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
