  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • teaspoons kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Scrub and dry the potato. Prick it all over with a fork.
  • Place on a baking sheet.
  • Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until tender.
  • For smaller potatoes, check at 45 minutes.
