Ingredients
  

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons smoky barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • ½ tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon lemon juice

For the Sandwiches

  • 4 extra-large breaded chicken tenders
  • 4 thick-cut bacon slices cooked crisp
  • 4 brioche hot dog buns
  • Romaine or iceberg lettuce shredded
  • Roma tomatoes thinly sliced
  • Red onion thinly sliced
  • Dill pickles thinly sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, honey, both mustards, and lemon juice. Chill.
  • Cook chicken tenders according to package or air fry until crispy.
  • Toast buns if desired.
  • Fry or air-fry bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  • Spread sauce on the inside of each bun.
  • Layer chicken, bacon, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles.
