- 15 oz ricotta cheese drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked fresh parsley chopped and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup diced prosciutto
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 1/2 cup diced ham
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 pie crusts store-bought or homemade
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line pie dish with one crust.
Mix cheeses, eggs, spinach, and meats in a bowl. Season.
Fill crust with mixture. Top with second crust. Seal edges and cut vents.
Brush with egg wash. Bake 45–55 minutes until golden.
Cool 30 minutes before slicing.
