Ingredients
  

  • Cooking spray for pan
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 10 mini bagels halved
  • 4 Tbsp cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 Tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tsp dried onion
  • 2 tsp granulated garlic
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Grease dish with cooking spray; spread cream cheese on bagels.
  • Cook bacon until crisp; whisk eggs, milk, chives, salt, and pepper; stir in bacon.
  • Layer egg mixture over bagels; top with Cheddar and butter; sprinkle seasonings.
  • Bake at 350°F until set and golden; let rest, then serve.
