Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium onion sliced thin and caramelized
  • 1 pre-baked thin pizza crust or flatbread about 9-inch
  • ¼ cup fig preserves
  • ½ –¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 –3 ounces blue cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Spread fig preserves over the crust.
  • Add mozzarella and caramelized onions.
  • Top with most of the blue cheese.
  • Bake for 7–8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  • Add reserved blue cheese after baking. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: You can caramelize the onions ahead of time and store them in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • Cheese Variation: Swap blue cheese for goat cheese or feta for a different flavor profile.
