- 1 medium onion sliced thin and caramelized
- 1 pre-baked thin pizza crust or flatbread about 9-inch
- ¼ cup fig preserves
- ½ –¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 –3 ounces blue cheese crumbled
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Spread fig preserves over the crust.
Add mozzarella and caramelized onions.
Top with most of the blue cheese.
Bake for 7–8 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Add reserved blue cheese after baking. Slice and serve warm.
