Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack instant ramen noodles
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • Everything bagel seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook and drain ramen noodles.
  • In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic and pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  • Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
  • Add cooked noodles, tossing to coat.
  • Push noodles aside and scramble egg in the same pan.
  • Mix egg into noodles, sprinkle with seasoning, and serve!

Notes

  • You can use any flavor of instant ramen—just discard the seasoning packet.
