Ingredients
  

Main:

  • 1 pound sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 1 20-ounce package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high.
  • Add steak and cook 3–4 minutes until browned.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the same skillet.
  • Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in beef broth and deglaze the skillet.

Notes

  • You can use fresh or refrigerated ravioli in place of frozen—just reduce cook time by a few minutes.
  • Want to make it creamier? Stir in ¼ cup of heavy cream before adding the Parmesan.
  • Substitute beef broth with chicken or veggie broth in a pinch.
