- 1 can 19 oz / 540 g grass jelly, cubed or shredded
Liquid Base Options (choose one):
- 1 cup 240 ml regular milk + 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup 240 ml coconut milk, sweetened
- 1 cup 240 ml oat milk + 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup 240 ml cold coffee + 2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup 240 ml milk tea
Optional Toppings:
- ½ cup 75 g mango, diced
- ½ cup 75 g mixed berries
- ½ banana sliced
- ½ cup 80 g papaya or dragon fruit
- ¼ cup 30 g cooked red bean or mung bean
- ¼ cup 30 g soft-boiled shelled peanuts
- ¼ cup 30 g boiled lotus seeds
- ¼ cup 30 g boiled taro or sweet potato
- ¼ cup 50 g tapioca pearls
- 2 –3 sweet rice balls
- ¼ cup 40 g cooked black sticky rice
- 2 small mochi pieces
- 1 scoop ice cream
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup optional
- ½ cup 60 g crushed ice (optional)
Choose your base: Pour your choice of liquid (milk, tea, etc.) into a bowl or glass.
Add grass jelly: Place cubed or shredded jelly into the liquid.
Top it off: Add your favorite fruits, beans, and chewy extras.
Finish: Sweeten if needed and add crushed ice. Serve chilled.
