- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 sandwich buns brioche or other
- Lettuce tomato slices, avocado, onion
- Mayo or sauce of choice optional
Whisk marinade ingredients and coat chicken. Refrigerate 30 mins–2 hrs.
Grill chicken 5–6 mins per side until internal temp hits 165°F. Rest.
Toast buns while chicken rests.
