- 1 fresh pineapple peeled and sliced into ½″ rings or spears
- 2 tsp neutral oil canola or vegetable
- 3 Tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Optional garnishes: toasted coconut flakes chopped mint
Preheat & Prep: Heat grill to medium-high.
Pat pineapple slices dry and brush with oil.
Make Glaze: Whisk honey, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl.
Grill & Glaze: Place pineapple on the grill.
After 2 minutes, brush with glaze, then flip.
Grill 1–2 more minutes until caramelized.
