Ingredients
  

For the Dough

  • 1 1/3 cups warm water
  • ¼ ounce dry yeast 1 small packet
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ¼ cup non-fat dry milk
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil plus extra for pans

For the Sauce

  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese or more

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine dry milk, yeast, salt, and sugar.
  • Add warm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Mix in vegetable oil and flour until dough forms.
  • Knead for 5–10 minutes on a floured surface.
  • Divide dough in half. Add 3 tablespoons oil into each 9” cake pan. Press dough into pans.
  • Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  • In a bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Notes

  • You can add any toppings you like, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, or bell peppers.
  • For an extra crispy crust, bake the pizzas for a few extra minutes at the higher temperature.
