Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ¾ cup raw honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger

Optional Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • In another bowl, mix melted butter, honey, and eggs.
  • Stir in orange juice, zest, and grated ginger.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture just until combined.
  • Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
