- ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 –2 tsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
- ¼ tsp cinnamon optional
Mix oats, milk, tahini, honey, and vanilla in a jar.
Add cinnamon and chia seeds if using. Stir well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, stir and top as desired.
