Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 –2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix oats, milk, tahini, honey, and vanilla in a jar.
  • Add cinnamon and chia seeds if using. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir and top as desired.
