For the Dip:

- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 –2 tsp maple syrup to taste
- ½ cup frozen cherries thawed
For Garnish:
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried cherries pulverized in a food processor
- ½ tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp lemon zest
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and maple syrup until smooth.
Puree thawed cherries and gently swirl into the dip.
Cut honeydew into fry-like sticks and arrange on a plate.
Top the melon fries with freeze-dried cherry dust, extra poppy seeds, and lemon zest.
