Ingredients
  

For the Fries:

  • ½ large honeydew melon cut into French-fry shapes

For the Dip:

  • ¾ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 –2 tsp maple syrup to taste
  • ½ cup frozen cherries thawed

For Garnish:

  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried cherries pulverized in a food processor
  • ½ tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, poppy seeds, and maple syrup until smooth.
  • Puree thawed cherries and gently swirl into the dip.
  • Cut honeydew into fry-like sticks and arrange on a plate.
  • Top the melon fries with freeze-dried cherry dust, extra poppy seeds, and lemon zest.
  • Serve immediately with the dip on the side.
