This Jalapeño Ranch Style Bean Chili is the easiest, most flavorful chili you’ll ever whip up! Made with canned jalapeño ranch beans, Rotel tomatoes, chicken broth, and shredded rotisserie chicken, it’s packed with bold Southwest flavor and ready in just about an hour.

- 5 cans Jalapeno Ranch Style Beans juice included
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 rotisserie chicken or cooked ground beef, brisket, pulled pork, or other meat
Add all ingredients to a large pot or slow cooker.
Stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then simmer uncovered for about 1 hour.
Adjust thickness by simmering longer or adding broth/water/beer.
Or, in slow cooker, cook on low for about 4 hours.
Serve hot with your favorite toppings.
