Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil softened
  • 2 cups blanched almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 –2 Tbsp honey
  • Zest of ½ lemon
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blackberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat to 350°F; grease a 10″ round pan.
  • Whisk egg, vanilla, honey, and coconut oil.
  • Mix flours, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  • Combine and knead into a ball; press into the pan.
  • Grease edges with spatula.
  • Bake 14–17 minutes until golden; cool fully.
