- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil softened
- 2 cups blanched almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1.5 –2 Tbsp honey
- Zest of ½ lemon
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup strawberries sliced
- ½ cup blackberries
Preheat to 350°F; grease a 10″ round pan.
Whisk egg, vanilla, honey, and coconut oil.
Mix flours, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
Combine and knead into a ball; press into the pan.
Grease edges with spatula.
Bake 14–17 minutes until golden; cool fully.
