- 1 large egg
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F; line an 8×8″ pan with parchment.
Mash bananas; stir in peanut butter, honey, and egg.
Fold in oats, baking powder, and salt until combined.
