Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky; I used extra chunky Jif
  • 5 ½ tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 ½ tablespoons sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together peanut butter, coconut oil, and sugar.
  • Stir until melted and sugar is fully dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  • Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
  • To serve, drizzle over ice cream.
  • Warm slightly if needed for smoother pouring.
