- 1 cup peanut butter creamy or chunky; I used extra chunky Jif
- 5 ½ tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 ½ tablespoons sugar
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk together peanut butter, coconut oil, and sugar.
Stir until melted and sugar is fully dissolved.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Transfer to a covered container and refrigerate.
To serve, drizzle over ice cream.
Warm slightly if needed for smoother pouring.
