Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz ricotta cheese drained
  • 12 oz Italian sausage mildly spicy
  • 1 package 10 ounces frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup diced prosciutto
  • 2 pie crusts homemade or store-bought
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line pan with one crust.
  • Mix cheeses, meats, eggs, and pepper in bowl.
  • Fill crust with mixture. Cover with second crust.

Notes
