- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or provolone
- 4 large eggs

- 2 pie crusts homemade or store-bought
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line pan with one crust.
Mix cheeses, meats, eggs, and pepper in bowl.
