- 16 oz ricotta cheese drained
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup diced prosciutto
- 1/2 cup diced salami
- 4 ounces milk ½ cup any variety
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 pie crusts store-bought or homemade
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line springform pan with bottom crust.
Combine cheeses, meats, eggs, and pepper in large bowl.
Fill crust with mixture, top with second crust, seal and vent.
Brush with egg wash. Bake 60–75 minutes until golden.
Cool at least 30 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or chilled.
