Ingredients
  

  • 1 packet instant ramen noodles discard seasoning
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 –3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions
 

  • Cook noodles per package instructions. Drain.
  • Sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant.
  • Stir in soy sauce and brown sugar.
  • Toss noodles in sauce. Top with garnishes and serve.

Notes

For extra depth, add a splash of rice vinegar or a pinch of chili flakes.
This recipe works with any type of instant noodles or even cooked spaghetti.
