Ingredients
  

  • 12 –16 oz pre-cooked sausage sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers sliced
  • 2 green bell peppers sliced
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a large sheet pan with foil or parchment.
  • Place sliced sausage, peppers, and onion on the pan.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the seasoning over the sausage and veggies, then toss to coat evenly.
