- 8 oz flank or sirloin steak thinly sliced
- 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
- 8 oz noodles lo mein, udon, or spaghetti
- 1 tbsp soy sauce for steak
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 carrot julienned
- 2 green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp neutral oil for stir-frying
Marinate steak in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Sear steak in hot skillet. Remove.
Cook shrimp until pink. Remove.
