Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz flank or sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 8 oz shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz noodles lo mein, udon, or spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce for steak
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil for stir-frying

Instructions
 

  • Marinate steak in soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil.
  • Cook noodles, drain, and set aside.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Sear steak in hot skillet. Remove.
  • Cook shrimp until pink. Remove.

Notes

Use pre-cooked noodles for faster prep and easier tossing.
Swap the shrimp or steak for tofu or chicken for variety.
Add a dash of chili flakes or sriracha if you like some heat.
