- ½ cup 115 g unsalted butter
- 4 oz 115 g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup strawberry jam divided
- 12 –15 heart-shaped marshmallows
Preheat oven to 350°F; line 8×8″ pan with parchment.
Melt butter & chocolate; whisk in sugars.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Fold in flour, cocoa & salt.
Spread half batter; swirl ½ cup jam. Top with remaining batter & ¼ cup jam swirl.
Top with marshmallows; bake 25–28 min.
