Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups milk of choice unsweetened vanilla almond milk recommended
  • 5 tbsp organic cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 green cardamom pod freshly ground (or ¼ tsp ground cardamom)
  • Optional: ground cardamom or cinnamon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, cacao, maple syrup, tahini, vanilla, and cardamom.
  • Whisk continuously until smooth, bubbly, and frothy.
  • Pour into mugs and garnish with extra cardamom or cinnamon if desired.
  • Serve warm and enjoy immediately.
