- 2 cans 12 oz each evaporated milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3 cups chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a 6-quart crockpot.
Cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring frequently during the first hour.
Switch to “warm” once fully heated to avoid overheating.
In the last 30 minutes, add mini and large marshmallows if desired.
