- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice about 4–6 lemons
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup pink food coloring or to desired color
- Ice cubes
- Fresh lemon slices for garnish, optional
- Mint leaves for garnish, optional
Squeeze and strain lemons to get 1 cup of juice.
In a pitcher, stir lemon juice and sugar until dissolved. Add cold water and stir.
In a chilled bowl, beat heavy cream to soft peaks.
Add condensed milk, vanilla, and food coloring. Beat until thick and creamy.
Gently fold whipped cream into lemonade base.
Chill for 30 minutes or more.
Serve over ice, garnish if desired, and enjoy!
